Your tasks

  • Manual and automated software and hardware testing in the infotainment, entertainment, comfort and connectivity sectors in and on vehicles, test systems and virtual environments
  • Creation and updating of test cases from test specifications and development-related documents
  • Specification, creation and maintenance of test data
  • Integration of test automation tools into the existing development process
  • Evaluation of the results taking into account the processes, methods and tools
  • Error management, ticket handling, reading traces and analysis data, troubleshooting
  • Creation of documentation, status reports and meeting minutes
  • Monitoring and quality assurance of regular software releases

Your skills

  • You are currently studying in the field of mechatronics, automotive engineering, electrical engineering, information technology, autonomous driving or a comparable technical degree program
  • A good sense for error detection, prevention, and correction.
  • An analytical mindset as well as a thorough and structured way of working.
  • Excellent German and English skills, enabling you to present information clearly in both German and English.
  • Optional: Class B driving licence
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Error management, ticket handling, reading traces and analysis data, troubleshooting

  • Technical support and interface between our customers and their development team

Your skills

  • Completed studies or training in mechatronics, automotive engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable field

  • A good sense for error detection, prevention, and correction.
  • An analytical mindset as well as a thorough and structured way of working.
  • Knowledge of the software and hardware of the infotainment system in the VW Group is an advantage.
  • Ideally, professional experience in the field of securing and testing infotainment systems.
  • Driving license class B
  • Prototype driving license
  • Advantageous: ISTQB® Certified Tester Level
